3. How can persons with different fitness levels train together in Maxburn GroupEx?

When Training in a group, it’s a given that your fitness level is not going to be the same as the person next to you. How then, do you both train together? Your Coaches will assess your individual fitness level and if and when need be, provide variations to either simplify or level up on the same exercise to increase or decrease intensity, as need be.

4. I am a Beginner/ Seasoned Trainee, is this for me?

Maxburn GroupEx regime is beginner – friendly while also being suitable for a seasoned trainee as it is a Beginner to intermediate level regime. Your Coach will be mindful to push you as per where you stand in terms of stamina, flexibility and strength. The key would to increase intensity gradually and take the steady route instead of a sudden hike in intensity. Variations and number of repetitions play an important role here, which your Coach will administer appropriately. This way, all participants in a Maxburn GroupEx class do the same workout but at an intensity that suits their fitness level and also keeps the training challenging to promote progress. 

5. Who will be training me?

The Maxburn GroupEx regime is driven by our Team of seasoned and experienced Trainers like Kajol Mukherji (Maxburn DanceFit), Disha Nahata (Maxburn Yoga and Maxburn Mobility), Kishore Gowda( Maxburn HIIT and Maxburn Strength Training), Amrin (Maxburn Aerobics), Sagar (Maxburn Strength Training), Apoorva (Maxburn Pilates), Soumya ( Maxburn HIIT) led by Head Coach Harsha Tailor (Maxburn Strength Training and Maxburn DanceFit). 6. How many workouts do I need to punch in, in a week?

It is ideal that you train five to six times a week, but in case you are having a busy work week or even just travelling, get in at least 3 days  of workout in a week to keep your routine well-paced and the momentum steady.
